Tips for Sansevieria pups 🌿

Wait until the pups are at least 1/3 the size of the mother plant and have their own roots before separating them, because that gives them the best chance to survive. Gently remove the whole plant from the pot, brush off the soil, and use a clean, sharp knife to cut the pup away with some roots attached. Let the cut dry for 2-3 days so it calluses, then plant it in a well-draining mix and water very lightly for the first few weeks. Give them bright indirect light and don’t overwater, and you’ll have strong new plants in no time!
