Pup separation time! ✂️🌿

You can propagate Sansevieria without taking the whole plant out of the pot. Just gently dig into the soil around the mother plant until you find where the pup connects to the main rhizome. Use a clean, sharp knife to cut through the rhizome underground, making sure the pup has some roots attached. Pull it out, let the cut end callus for 1-2 days in a dry spot to prevent rot, then pot it in a small pot with drainage using cactus/succulent soil. Keep it in bright, indirect light and wait about a week before watering so the cut can heal. The pup will focus on growing roots first, then new leaves later. Have you tried no-unpot propagation before? Save this for your next snake plant baby!
